Watercolor painting media is one type of painting that has a quite striking character, which is transparent. so that the characteristics of the use of watercolors are very distinctive and easy to distinguish from oil paints or acrylic paints. Watercolor thinner media is the same as acrylic paint but has a difference in the results of its use. Namely, the use of watercolors looks thin and transparent. 

In this post, I show all of you how my imagination and creations are in making digital watercolor paintings, especially in exploring color. This digital painting I created using Photoshop watercolor effect. The original image of a beautiful brunette can find here, and the methods to create the above image are as follows :

1. Using 2 layers + layer mask  for girl model, with blending mode used is normal (opacity 100%) + soft light (opacity 60%)
2. For the background  just using a single layer with blending mode used is normal (opacity 100%)
3. To create a watercolor painting effect, each image uses the filter - noise - greyCstoration, after that use the filter - artistic - watercolor
4. Use the watercolor effect brush tools for layer masks
5. Then sharpen each image using the filter - sharpen - smart sharpen
6. To create a painting effect on canvas using filter - filter gallery - texture- texturizer (canvas)
7. Lighting effects using brightness and contrast (with contrast 14, and brightness 34, )
8. Color effects using vibrance (with vibrance 0, and saturation -20)
9. Image size used 1380 px; 1380 px, resolution 300 ppi

You need to remember, each step and method above is relative, depending on the imagination and creativity of each person... enjoy
